In september zijn wij overgegaan op een nieuw huisartseninformatie systeem (HIS) op de computer. In het HIS worden patiëntgegevens bijgehouden, medicatie voorgeschreven en afspraken gepland. Met deze verandering komt ook een ander patiëntenportaal, genaamd MijnGezondheid.net en de bijbehorende app MedGemak.

Vanaf 6 oktober is weer mogelijk om gebruik te maken van het portaal, zoals u gewend bent. U kan bericht aan de huisarts sturen (e-consult) of ontvangen, medicatie herhalen online en uw dossier inzien. Iedereen van 16 jaar en ouder ontvangt 6 oktober 2023 een mail om toegang te krijgen tot de nieuwe online omgeving na inloggen via DigiD.

In September we switched to a new GP information system (HIS) on the computer. Patient data is recorded in the HIS, medication is prescribed and appointments are scheduled. This change also comes with another patient portal, called MijnGezondheid.net and the associated app MedGemak.

From October 6, it will be possible to use the portal again, the way you are used to. You can send a message to the GP (e-consultation) or receive one, repeat medication online and view your medical file. Everyone aged 16 and older will receive an email on October 6, 2023 to gain access to the new online environment after logging in via DigiD.
